HIIT IT Group Class

High Intensity Interval Training. High Intensity classes are designed to raise your heart rate and improve your cardiovascular / heart health. With recovery intervals included, this is a great workout to burn those extra calories. Suitable for all abilities – our trainers will guide you to reach your individual potential.

With HIIT, you not only burn a lot of calories during the workout, but because of the high intensity you will continue to burn calories as your body replaces energy and repairs muscle proteins damaged during exercise.

A typical boxing workout for weight loss, known as cardio or fitness boxing, involves a variety of elements that help you burn calories as you work toward losing weight. The aerobic nature of many of boxing’s exercises leads to a high calorie burn without a significant shock to your joints.

Boxing is the ultimate full body workout. Correctly thrown punches use your legs, hips, glutes, core, obliques, back, shoulders, chest and arms. Punching against resistance causes all of these muscles to contract with more force and speed, developing further your strength and power.

Group Bay walk or run

Join us for a Walk or Run around the iconic Bay Run/Walk. The path will follow the Canada Bay. 

Walking the bay is a great choice for any day. It can even be considered for a rest day. The path takes you a little under 7kms all the way around and crossing the Iron Cove Bridge. Walk or run the distance. Time your lap, and try to improve your Personal Best.
