30g Bulk Nutrients Micellar Casein Protein
50g self-raising flour
100g Greek Yogurt
Bagel seasoning

Instructions:
Step 1: Mix micellar casein and Greek yogurt until it forms a dough.
Step 2: Form into a ring shape and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden on top.
