Each HYROX race follows a simple but brutal format:
8 x 1km runs, each followed by a functional workout station. Competitors move through exercises such as sled pushes, sled pulls, rowing, lunges, wall balls, and farmer’s carries. The race is held indoors, creating an electric atmosphere with crowds, music, and athletes all competing on the same course.

What makes HYROX unique is that:

  • There are multiple divisions, including Open, Pro, Doubles, and Relay, making it suitable for different fitness levels

Against a stacked field and an electric crowd, the duo demonstrated exceptional grit, teamwork, and relentless consistency across every station. From the opening run to the final wall balls, they stayed composed, competitive, and focused—earning a well-deserved place on the podium.
