Introducing HYROX-Style Training
Coming to Our Class Schedule in 2026
We’re excited to share that HYROX-style classes will be joining our gym schedule in 2026 🎉
If you’ve heard the name but aren’t quite sure what HYROX is, here’s a simple breakdown—and why we think it’s a great fit for our community.
What Is HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness race and training style that combines functional strength with endurance-based workouts. It’s designed to challenge your whole body using movements that are practical, measurable, and scalable.
HYROX-style training typically blends:
- Running or cardio intervals
- Functional strength movements
- Simple, repeatable workout formats
- A focus on consistency, fitness, and progression
Unlike traditional competitions, HYROX follows the same workout format worldwide, making it accessible and easy to train for—whether your goal is general fitness or eventually taking part in an event.
What Are HYROX-Style Classes?
Our HYROX-style classes will be:
- Coach-led and structured
- Designed to improve strength, conditioning, and endurance
- Scalable for all fitness levels
- Challenging, but supportive and community-driven
You don’t need to be an athlete or plan to compete to enjoy this style of training. These classes are about building real-world fitness, pushing your limits safely, and training with purpose.
Why We’re Bringing HYROX-Style Training to Our Gym
We believe HYROX-style classes fit perfectly with our approach to training:
- Clear goals and progress
- Functional, effective movements
- A strong sense of community
- Workouts that are tough—but achievable
Whether you’re looking to improve your conditioning, try something new, or work toward a future HYROX event, these classes will give you a solid, motivating training option.
Launching in 2026
HYROX-style classes will officially join our timetable in 2026, with more details on class formats, scheduling, and launch dates coming closer to the time.
We can’t wait to bring this new training style to the gym and see our members take on a fresh challenge together.
Stay tuned—and get ready to train.
What a HYROX-Style Class Might Look Like
While final class formats will be confirmed closer to launch, here’s an example of how a HYROX-style session could be structured:
1. Warm-Up (10 minutes)
A coach-led warm-up focusing on:
- Light cardio to raise the heart rate
- Dynamic mobility
- Movement prep for the main workout
2. Skill & Strength Prep (10–15 minutes)
Breaking down key movements you’ll see in class, such as:
- Sled pushes or pulls
- Lunges
- Wall balls or functional squats
- Carry variations
Coaches will provide scaling options and technique guidance so everyone can train confidently.
3. Main Workout (20–25 minutes)
A structured circuit combining:
- Short running or cardio intervals
- Functional strength movements
- Repeated work blocks to build endurance and resilience
Intensity is adjustable, with clear targets and rest guidance.
4. Cool Down & Recovery (5–10 minutes)
- Breathing and heart rate recovery
- Stretching and mobility
- Optional post-class tips from coaches
Designed for Everyone
HYROX-style classes are challenging but accessible. Movements, loads, and volumes will always be scalable, meaning beginners and experienced members can train side by side.
Whether you’re chasing fitness, confidence, or a future HYROX event, these sessions are built to help you progress safely and consistently.
