We’re excited to introduce Digital Pilates to our Pilates studio! Now, you can book your session via the app and follow along with a guided class on screen, even when an instructor isn’t physically in the studio.
How does it work?
Instructor-led sessions will continue at their usual times, but during the hours when an instructor isn’t available, Digital Pilates will fill in. These on-screen, instructor-guided sessions allow you to stay consistent with your practice, no matter your schedule.
