A 60-second composition scan so we start from muscle, fat, and hydration — not the bathroom scale. Your coach walks you through the numbers that matter.

See the floor, the Reformers, group classes, and how members actually train here — 5am to 10pm, seven days, at 11A George Street, North Strathfield.

Goals, history, lifestyle, and what has or has not worked. We listen first so the recommendation is built around you, not a generic plan.

Any program qualifies
All programs are 30-minute 1 on 1 sessions, with a 12-week minimum. Every package includes 7-day gym access and unlimited group class credits. The Reformer 10-pack is on top.

Is the assessment free?
Yes. The personal training assessment is complimentary — Evolt scan, gym tour, and consultation included. There is no obligation to join.

Do I have to sign up on the day?
No. We would rather you leave with a clear recommendation than a rushed decision. The 10-pack is applied when you join a PT program.

Who gets the Reformer 10-pack?
Anyone who joins a personal training program. Use the 10 credits yourself, or transfer the pack to a friend — valued at $250.

Which PT programs qualify?
Any of them: Basic, Starter, or Results. See 1 on 1 Personal Training for weekly pricing and what sits inside each package.

Is this instead of the usual Reformer credits?
No. Starter and Results already include unlimited Reformer credits for you. The 10-pack is an extra gift — useful if you want to share Shape with a friend, or as a bonus pack on Basic.

Can I still come if I have a pacemaker?
Yes — skip the Evolt scan and we will still do the tour and consultation. Tell us when you book. Evolt is not recommended with a pacemaker or certain implanted devices.
