Personal Training Sessions
Your personal training starter package includes 1 x 30min session per week with an accredited and experienced personal trainer. Our personal trainers will guide you through the equipment and ensure your technique is on point, minimizing exposure to injury.
With our weekly membership, take advantage of our group classes. we offer our group classes to all our personal training clients as an additional way to enhance your results. No bookings are required, just turn up and have a go. Group classes are a great way to meet other clients that are on their own health and wellness journey. Your membership provides you with unrestricted access between 5am and 10pm daily. Your personal training starter package includes private access to our functional and weights equipment as well as our cardio and strength machines.

Shape PT app
Your Personal Training starter package includes access to our customized app. Using the app you can access and log your nutrition plans, exercise workouts, measurements, progress pictures, shopping lists and more.
Based on your body type, exercise level and bio-impedance scan, we are able to recommend a calorie and nutrient guideline to compliment your personalized goal. We will then help you discover how to meet these targets and compliment your training with a focus on your nutrition.
Your personal trainer will discuss your goals and your plans for training outside of your personal training session. Your trainer can assign a workout program to suit your desired fitness level, your ability, and any time constraints.
