Shape Boxing Wrap Tutorial
We recommend the use of wraps underneath the pads and gloves. These will provide extra cusion for your knuckles and strenth around your wrist. You can use the quick fit style, which have fingers holes and wrap around the wrist with velcro. You could also use the traditional wraps.
