Starting A Program On PT HUB

Step 1: Open the PTHUB app and press the menu button on the bottom right of the screen.

Step 2: Once the menu button loads up press the ‘programs’ icon.

Step 3: Select the program you would like to start.

Step 4: Press the ‘start program’ button.

Step 5: Select week 1.

Step 6: Select day 1.

Step 7: Tick off all the exercises as you complete them. Once completed scroll to the bottom and press ‘Finish Workout’.

Tip: You can also view a video demonstration of the exercise by pressing the thumbnail picture.
