The Challenge Purpose

Over the next 4 weeks the current Co-Vid19 regulations are preventing us from opening our gym. We want to see people continuing to stay fit, motivated and energised during this time. 

Simply walk 5km a day, for 5 days a week. Make this a habit over the next 4 weeks and you will reach the 100km and earn your Shape medal. You may even form some new great habits that you carry on as a lifestyle. 

The Shape Story

Shape Personal Training is the combined passion of Joe and Lorah. We are committed to helping our clients with their exercise and fitness goals. 

We have designed the challenge to help people focus on their nutrition, exercise, and mindset needs during these times of change. 

wWhile our doors are closed, we continue to provide outdoor PT in North Strathfield and if we can help you with this please contact us. 


Simply record you KM’s on an activity tracker. Strava, Garmin, Apple Health, Samsung Health, Fitbit, or any other activity tracker. Send your results via SMS or email and earn your medal once you reach 100km.
