Your 6 Week Challenge includes:

  • 1 x 30 Minute PT Session each week (x6)
  • 6 Weeks of unlimited gym group classes (up to 12 Classes each week)
  • 6 x Pilates Group Class Credits to use at one of our 27 classes each week.
  • Gym Access 7 Days a week between 5am and 10pm every day
  • 2 Hours Daily Parking
  • Goal Session – Set the goals for your success and create an action plan with an experienced Personal Trainer
  • 2 x Evolt 360 Bioimpedance Scan. Scientific measurement and analysis of body composition
  • Nutrition Planning based on your personal caloric needs as defined by the Evolt analysis and your unique requirements
