Can I buy these online?
Yes — buy in the Mindbody app, then collect in store at North Strathfield. These bags are not posted.

Which WPC flavours do you stock?
Chocolate and vanilla. Buy the flavour you want in the app, then collect that bag at reception.

Is WPC the same as isolate?
No. Concentrate is the everyday value protein — still high in protein, with a little more carbohydrate and fat than isolate. If you need a lower-lactose option, talk to your coach.

How do I take creatine?
A typical serve is about 3 g a day, mixed with liquid. Take it consistently. Your coach can set this against your training if you want a plan around it.
