To qualify for the Money Back Guarantee you must be able to provide the following:

  • 12 Weeks of Nutrition Daily log in the Shape App. Your nutrition log should not exceed your daily calorie limits that are determined by the Personal Trainer and your Evolt body composition scan.
  • 12 Weeks of Personal Training sessions completed. Training sessions should be completed each week for the amount of sessions determined at initial consultation.
  • 12 Weeks of training data as per commitment to Personal Trainer and assigned workouts.
  • 12 x weekly weigh-ins to ensure you remain on track with your goals.
  • A statutory declaration that all submitted documentation and evidence of compliance is true and made under statutory authority, which may in certain cases be substituted for a statement on oath.
  • Alcohol and nutrient free or calorie dense food or drinks should be avoided during this time to ensure success.
  • A minimum commitment of 2.5 hours weekly exercise (not including your PT sessions) which can be tracked using a iOS or Android device, or wearable fitness watch.
  • A signed agreement at the start of the 12 weeks of your commitment to Shape Personal Training and your assigned personal trainer of your commitment to the program.
