Late Cancellation – Late cancellation of class reservations (within 4 hours of class) will result in $10 fee billed to the account.
Payment will be debited weekly by direct debit.
Payment Default – Payment default will result in a fee of $4.95 when a payment is dishonored.
Cancellation of Contract – 50% of the remaining balance will be payable to cancel the contract before the end of the period.
Suspend Contract – 14 Days notice in writing must be provided to suspend a membership. The maximum suspension period is 6 weeks during any contract period and will result in the membership period being extended for the same amount of time.
Contract term is 40 weeks at $55 pr week. Total Contract value is $2200.
Personal Training – Personal training is not included in this membership.
Terms and Conditions
By participating in any exercise program at Shape Personal Training, you acknowledge and accept that there is an inherent level of risk involved. As such, you agree not to hold Shape Personal Training or its representatives liable for any injuries sustained on our premises or while under our supervision.
We do not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal items.
If you need to suspend your program due to extended leave, you may do so for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of six weeks. After six weeks, a fee of $10 per week will apply to keep your account active and avoid any future startup fees with Shape Personal Training.
Should you choose to cancel your account within the initial contract period of 40 weeks, a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance will apply.
At the conclusion of your initial 40-week contract, your debits will automatically continue. If you wish to discontinue training with us after this period, please provide us with at least 14 days’ notice via email at admin@shapept.com.au. During this notice period, your account will remain active, and you can book and complete all session credits before cancellation.
You understand and consent to the storage of your personal details in our system and database for use by Shape Personal Training Pty Ltd.
You also grant us permission to use any marketing materials or content featuring you across our marketing platforms, including direct mail, posters, flyers, Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other mediums.
Please note that prices may be subject to change at the end of your program; however, you will be notified at least 30 days prior to any increase. In most cases, the price will remain unchanged for any program you start.
